It is with sadness that the family of Vance Adelbert Trynor, announces his passing on Tuesday, February 23rd, 2016, at the Oromocto Public Hospital, in Oromocto, NB.

Born in Saint John, NB, he was the son of the late Adelbert and Ethel (Corscadden) Trynor.

Vance is survived by his loving wife Mary Louise (Grant) Trynor of Burton, NB; a son Troy Trynor (Melissa) of Rusagonis, NB; daughters Annette Dykeman (Mark) of Woodstock, NB, and Michelle Thorne (Garry) of Burton, NB; grandchildren Andrew and Rebecca Dykeman; sisters June Fowler of Saint John, NB, Sharon McAllister of Saint John, NB, and Elva Waycott (Richard) of Maces Bay, NB; a brother James Trynor (Colleen) of Lepreau, NB, as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews.

In keeping with Vance’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A private memorial service for family and close friends will take place on Saturday, February 27th, 2016, at 10:30 AM.  The service will be held at the Oromocto Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lori-Beth Sheffield-Bowles officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations in Vance’s memory may be made to the Oromocto United Church, the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
