In addition to her parents, Levina was predeceased by her husband, Bill; her brothers Hickman Organ and George Seymour, her sister Mary Hulan; and her daughter-in-law, Mary Mourant Fraser.
Our wonderful, kind, gentle Mother loved her life, her family, her home, her friends, her community, a good game of 45s, and would have loved to live forever. Mom’s main wish her entire life was that she would live long enough to bring up her 5 children. We are all guessing she finally decided we could make it on our own now. Thanks Mom – we know we did you proud and it’s all because of you.
Our family would like to thank Dr. Reid, the nursing staff at the OPH, and every extra-mural nurse who came to Mom’s home for their heartfelt kindness.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary’s Chapel, CFB Gagetown on Friday, July 12th at 11am with Father Ken Weir as celebrant, Father Shawn Daley and Father Lance Magdziak as co-celebrants. In celebration of our Mother’s wonderful life, feel free to wear bright, cheerful colours. Interment will be held at St. Vincent de Paul Cemetery following the Mass.
For those who wish, donations in Mom’s memory can be made to the Oromocto Hospital Foundation, or the charity of the donor’s choice.
